Free Baby Swimming Lessons

​At Flinders Aquatic, we are thrilled to offer complimentary swimming lessons designed specifically for babies aged 3 to 6 months. We believe in the transformative power of early aquatic experiences, which not only foster a love for water but also promote confidence and support all infants in achieving age appropriate developmental milestones.​

 

Our free baby classes are designed to expose babies to the water environment in a fun and safe way. We introduce the sensation of buoyancy and breath holding, and allow babies to experience all the sensations that go along with being in the water. This is the first step toward developing water safety skills and independent swimming.

Research shows that introducing babies to water from an early age can have numerous benefits. Most significant of these are that children who start swimming early and continue consistently throughout childhood outperform their non swimming peers both socially and academically.
